20" x 16" oil on canvas painting in a newer wood frame. Signed Will Perrin 1921. There is an artist named Will Perrin on Artnet.com but I can't get details since I don't belong to the website ( don't know if this is the same Will Perrin or not ). 2 small holes very near each other to the right side close to the border ( not very noticeable & it's still nice ). A neat, old Southwestern looking painting. I combine shipments on multiple purchases to save on postage whenever possible.
