Here I have a Ocean Harbor scene at the Western Canners Co. signed by William Gilpin. It is attached to a white matting board. The frame was not salvagable and the picture was the only thing left. There is a slight scuff in the middle just above the pully of the vessel. It measures 23 7/8 in. X 19 3/4. This picture would make a bice addition to your collection.
