I believe this is a vintage paint by number picture. The colors are very pretty and it is framed with a wood frame, no glass on it. The only flaws that I see are some spots near the donkey in the corner and up that side.Under the frame at that point the edge is wavy, but you can't see it because it is behind the frame. It looks like it might have been wet in that corner. Please look at pictures. They describe it better than I do. It is still a really nice watercolor. If you need more pictures feel free to email me.
