This is Realism themed art created around 1900-1949. This work is sold by the auctioneer located in Anaheim, California, zip code 92807. This is amazing to get if you want Western Cowboys art.

The Fall Roundup This print is a 30.75 X 25.5 inch (including 2.25 X 3.25 inches of white mounting shown in image) reproduction of a painting done most likely sometime in the 40's, maybe even the 1930's. Mr. Hoffman kept this very print at his home to give to visitors to his Taos, NM ranch. Having been carefully stored for many years at the artist's home, they are in mint condition. Another exciting detail is that they were printed by Brown & Bigelow, St Paul, MN (whom Mr. Hoffman was under exclusive contract with) and bears their name on the lower left hand corner. Frank B. Hoffman's own printed signature is in clear view in the lower right hand corner. The paper is a very fine quality and the colors on the print are still beautiful and vivid after all these years. The photograph does not nearly show the vibrancy of the colors in the work. Shown below is a photograph of Mr. Hoffman in his home, with an original by his side. About the artist: America and the rest of the world has an unending fascination with the true american original - the cowboy and all things associated with him. Frank B. Hoffman really captured the authenticity of the outdoor west and wildlife. Although born in Chicago, IL in 1888, a passion for art and the wild west drove him to Taos, NM in 1920. In New Mexico, he became part of the world famous artist colony established there. He was so engrossed with creating his work, that he didn't leave time to be interested in selling or promoting it. Although he did become well known in the advertising art field, painting many illustrations for magazines and large corporations, his personal collections stayed personal. However, since the passing of his wife, his artwork has broken free from obscurity and is becoming internationally sought after. Originals of his work are breaking world records, selling for $53,000+. His art hangs everywhere from galleries in Taos to homes of art aficiando in Japan. Perhaps soon his beautiful rendition of our American heritage can be found in your home. Have a great day, happy bidding, and thank you for viewing!!
